Los sueños son los que permiten a la protagonista de la historia revivir sus momentos felices al lado de su amado. Su recuerdo la motiva a seguir viviendo, eso es lo que hace que su corazón siga adelante. Es un amor tan fuerte que la muerte no pudo acabar con él. La lírica no es muy rica en cuanto a contexto narrativo, lo interesante es ver cómo una letra tan sencilla alcanzó tal éxito.
