Randy Taraborrelli, la canción surgió en 1981 cuando el Rey del Pop era acosado mediante cartas por una de sus fanáticas que le reclamaba la paternidad de unos gemelos. La historia conmovió tanto al astro del pop, que compuso esta canción. Mientras tanto, la fanática fue enviada a un hospital psiquiátrico.
